Directions by Road

Most visitors will enter Southend by the main road, the A127. Continue down this road for several miles until you go past Topps Tiles (on your left). Then you reach a roundabout which has immediately by it St John Fisher's Catholic Church (it has a pointy spire). At this roundabout take the second onto Priory Crescent, the A1159 (signposted Shoebury). Go straight over the next two roundabouts on this road (still signposted Shoebury). Just past Cecil Jones College at the third roundabout (which has a McDonalds on the right) take the 3rd exit onto Hamstel Road (signposted Southchurch). Take the immediate right into Cokefield Avenue. St. Edmunds hall is several hundred yards along the road on the left, just after the road bends left.
